Harvest Dinner

Join us for our 2nd annual Harvest Dinner!
This reservations only dinner will celebrate the bounty of the season and is sure to be the most delicious meal you will eat this fall. The menu will include:
230 pound hog raised by our friends at Hidden Stream Farm in Elgin, MN
Warm Chutney: Apples, sultanas, prunes, tomato, shallot, garlic, ginger
Stuffed Red Kuri Squash: Sourdough, gruyere, seasoned cream
Roasted Brussel Sprouts: Butter, shallot, garlic, thyme
Pommes Dauphine: Bacon fat fried, parmesan
Celery Root and Kohlrabi Salad Remoulade: Extra virgin olive oil, lemon, parsley, chives, dill
Apple Sharlotka: Apple and almond cake with toasted almond cream; gf apple crisp allergy friendly substitute
Pricing is for a buffet style dinner with additional table side drink service available!

Mellifera Wreath Workshop
Sunday, November 30th & Saturday, December 13th
2pm-4pm, $75
Join Elle, farmer-florist of Mellifera Flowers, for hands-on instruction on building an everlasting floral wreath!
Following an intro teaching on color theory plus tips-and-tricks gleaned from years of wreath-making, you'll be guided through the process of hand-tying a custom wreath. With a smorgasbord of local dried flowers, foraged goodies, and beautiful adornments, you can create a unique wreath for the holiday season or year-round decoration. All materials are provided, and all floral ingredients are grown with care in the St. Croix River Valley.
